Bearing
Bearing = Bearing is one of the mechanical elements.
A component that receives a load by contacting a rotating or reciprocating component, supports a shaft, etc., and minimizes friction during rotation as much as possible. Indispensable for rotating parts of machinery.
Inside the bearing are steel balls or rollers called rolling elements.
Ball bearings, whose rolling elements are steel balls, are easy to use and are widely used.
The raceway surfaces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the surface of the steel balls are subjected to ultra-precision surface processing to reduce frictional forces during rotation.
In particular, the irregularities on the surface of the steel ball are extremely small, now at a level of less than 0.00001 (1/100,000) mm, and resemble the surface of a mirror.
Bearings are environmentally friendly products that can transmit force and energy without waste, and they greatly contribute to energy conservation.
Bearing
applications
Bearings are used in everything from everyday products like washing machines to cutting-edge devices like space rockets. The sizes of the products range from a few millimeters to over 10 meters, and there are said to be as many as 20,000 different product varieties.

Mass-produced product
Such as those used in the automotive industry, motors, agricultural machinery, etc.
This accounts for approximately 80% of total production, but only 10% of the total varieties.
For Automotive
For factory mass production
Diverse small-lot products
For industries such as machine tools that use relatively little bearings. In terms of production volume, it accounts for only about 20% of the total, but in terms of the number of varieties, it accounts for about 90% of the total.
For various industrial machines
(Machine tools, equipment machinery,
construction machinery,agricultural machinery)
For repairs

Bearing type
There are various types of bearings depending on their application and structure.
“Radial bearing” = A bearing that mainly receives radial loads (loads perpendicular to the axial direction)
“Thrust bearing” = A bearing that primarily receives axial loads (loads in the axial direction)
